Effective March 23rd, Honeywell customer face-to-face training postponed through April 30th.
Recognizing our customer’s travel and meeting concerns with the COVID-19 epidemic, we are postponing face-to-face customer training until after April 30. This impacts all Honeywell factory certification training, BDA/GROL training at RSI, Xtralis factory training and UNP training in Oregon. Customers in next week’s training are being notified immediately. Customers who signed up for training in subsequent weeks will be notified as soon as possible.
May classes are tentatively scheduled. Registration for training is available, but we recommend customers refrain from booking flights or hotel accommodations until it is confirmed that classes will resume as normal.
In response to the lost opportunities to certify technicians, we are working with hotels and Honeywell sites to reschedule and add more training during June to August. Those locations will not be published until customers who are postponed have the opportunity to reschedule.
