OSID-DE Diagnostic Software

OSID-DE Diagnostic is a unique tool in the industry that allows for live and offline diagnostic information about the system and environment, and offers the Service Engineers, installers, and maintenance staff in-depth and visual information to diagnose and troubleshoot fault conditions.

The tool operates under Windows on a standard laptop PC and offers, when connected in the field to the Imager, real time site data and live visualization of the normalized UV and IR values, the UV and IR grey levels, the X-Y positioning of the various Emitters on the CMOS imager, reference levels, temperature and synchronization states. The tool also allows for live and offline evaluation of the imager’s onboard log of 10.000 events and reconstruct, with time and date stamp, any significant changes in the system. Log files can be exported to an Excel file for quick and easier analysis, review, filtering, and reporting.

OSID-DE Diagnostic software must only be installed on PCs with current active Windows support from Microsoft.

Software Upgrades

Software upgrades are made available to improve system performance and/or to implement new features that provide an even higher level of user friendliness. Only upgrade the software when it is approved in your territory, the start screen in the tool will guide you.

It is important that after every software upgrade the detector is tested using the test filter, so the correct operation is confirmed.
