OSID-R (Reflective) Smoke Beam Detector

OSID-R is the latest addition to the OSID open area smoke detection range utilizing the latest CMOS imaging technology to deliver rapid and trouble free detection with a lower total cost of ownership; ideal for protecting buildings with large open spaces. The CMOS technology allows the detector to find and lock onto a standard reflector, automatically set the detector sensitivity, track the reflector, resulting in the eliminattion of nuisance alarms due to building movement. The OSID-R detector is a combined transmitter/receiver unit that can be directly connected to a conventional FACP or to an addressable/intelligent FACP using zone modules or IO units
