Melbourne Australia - September 25th 2007 - VSK Group, the Belgian subsidiary of Allied Defense Group, has been acquired for USD $49 million. VSK designs, develops and markets sophisticated electronic security systems throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
